• Display in our Eyemouth office
• Contact with all matches in our database
In addition we can advertise your home in the BSPC, a facility only available to solicitors. The BSPC is responsible for one
in two sales in the Borders.

Following on from our free pre-sale marketing advice, we charge a fee of 1% plus VAT and the cost of advertising
for estate agency. This fee covers the cost of preparing and printing the sales schedules to your satisfaction, the
cost of erecting and removing a ‘for sale’ board, accompanied viewings, all our travel costs, the preparation of
adverts, the cost of advertising on the Rightmove website, advertising on our own website, discussing viewer
feedback with you and all activities leading up to receipt of an acceptable offer.
Our fee does not cover the cost of any additional advertising you’d like us to place on your behalf, such as with the
BSPC or local and national media. Advertising in the BPSC costs from £190 for a block lasting just under six
months.
It’s our aim to present your property in the way you wish it presented and in the publications you’d like to see it
advertised, so whilst we’re happy to offer advice, the final decision on presentation is always yours.
